Great food and the atmosphere is good. Good idea to get reservations as we came right when they opened at 5 and there were already people lining up. By the time we left, it was packed and there was a wait outside. Maybe it was for mother's day but last time we went, there was no room, it was all reservations.

Not only do we love the food at Nello's but recently I phoned the restaurant to sort out an issue with our Groupon voucher. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile in order to promptly sort out the issue and reply to my request. THANK YOU Nello's. we will be visiting soon.
