  really great food. The best time to go when its not to busy, so usually not around dinner time or lunch. When they first open its not to bad also. I always order blush sangria and they always freeze the cups and make it really tasty. Most of the time i've had a friendly waitress.

  Soooo bad! Long wait for service even though restaurant not busy at all. Brought wrong meal and then took plate from my table and served it to another person after I had started eating! This place is NOT about providing a pleasant experience. Waitress very nice. She would do very well elsewhere. We will NOT be back.

  I visited your location this past Saturday to pick up some of your BBQ Sauce. It seems most locations in the Edmonton area, including yours, are out of one or more of the three available. Although you were out of one of the ones I wanted, I picked up the others and the person who waited on me was kind enough to give me a couple of the labels you use on the bottles in your dining room. I simply asked and the request was accommodated with no questions asked. I appreciate the service and thank you for making my drive from West Edmonton worth while!

  Listen guys it's not hard to be a server. Smile, know the menu and make the experience a positive one. Took the wife for dinner and our server took 20 minutes to get to us furthermore we watched her just laughing around at the bar. I had unlimited ribs and a new server brought it each time. All 4 of them I said " hi how's it going" and they either didn't look at us or even listen. I ordered a bourbon lemonade which the server came and said we are out and then left didn't offer a different drink or water just left. My wife has been without a refill for almost the whole meal and her steak was cooked wrong. What a bad experience

  Won't ever return there, the manager was rude and did not actually greeted us when we get in , the place was almost empty and we decided to order some food to go and when it arrived the same manager stopped the server who was bringing the food and he said that he has to check it because the people in the back forget stuff .. if he doesn't trust the people who work there , he has a big problem.. who knows what else people forget when they cook .. And by the way , a bit more attention to his personal hygiene wouldn't hurt ..just saying
