  Terrible experience while in the dining room. The new unaccompanied staff member on cash at 3:30 in the afternoon should not be by herself. She would take an order, go prepare it, then come back to serve the next customer in line. To complete two orders literally took over 10 minutes! Then another 34 for the actual meal to arrive. My wife ordered a McChicken meal and the sandwich barely had lettuce on it, and barely any mayonnaise. She went to the counter and had to wait in line to speak with someone. When it came back it was exactly the same! They do not listen to what the concern is. After going back a third time, the manager tossed the sandwich at her across the counter and this time had so much mayonnaise and lettuce she didn't even bother to finish eating it. All she wanted was a properly prepared McChicken sandwich and to be treated respectfully. Is this too much to ask? Shame on you. This is obviously a direct reflection on the ownership at this location. There's no way my staff would treat any customer this way. Zero stars!!! Find another location!

  Good quality goods at reasonable pricing. Great service at tills. Samples apprecìated by customers at kiosks throughout the retail food area.

  The newly renovated McDonald's is clean and wonderful. The service at this McDonald's goes above and beyond, they are helpful, quick, and friendly. The new kids play area is smaller, but it make the rest of the place feel much bigger. The layout is much easier to maneuver, especially with kids. The bathrooms are clean and well kept now, we used to avoid using them before! The drive through always goes through quickly and efficiently.

  Reasonably affordable and easy to order with the automated machines. Food is made fresh in an open kitchen. Certainly not a high-end experience, but good as far as McDonald's goes.
